Liora works with brands, promotional merchandise companies, corporate gifting companies, merchandise agencies, retailers and private label developers. We are the manufacturing and development partner behind textile programmes — supporting customers who need dependable execution, structured development and a long-term perspective.
We work best with organisations that are building meaningful textile programmes — whether that means employee onboarding kits, corporate gifting initiatives, school programmes, event kits, outdoor and active collections or retail private label. The common thread is a need for a reliable, programme-focused manufacturing partner.
We work directly with brands, retailers and product teams, as well as through promotional companies, merchandise agencies and sourcing intermediaries. Our role adapts to the structure of each partnership.
MOQs vary by product category and complexity. For carry products, typical MOQs start from 300 pieces per style per colour. For apparel, MOQs generally begin at 50 pieces per style. If you are testing a new product, we can assess whether a more flexible approach is feasible for your project.
Yes. We support both OEM development (producing to your specifications and designs) and ODM development (developing products in collaboration with you, drawing on our existing expertise and resources). Many customers use a combination of both approaches across their programmes.
Liora organises its offering across three categories: Carry Solutions (backpacks, bags, coolers, travel organisers, sports bags, pet travel and outdoor carry), Wear Solutions (corporate apparel, workwear, schoolwear, casualwear and sportswear) and Complementary Essentials (caps, headwear, socks, picnic blankets and soft accessories).
Yes. Many of our customers develop coordinated programmes that span carry, wear and complementary essentials. We bring a programme perspective to these projects — helping to ensure consistency across categories while managing development and production efficiently.
Yes. We can discuss sustainable material options, including recycled fabrics and other responsible material choices, as part of the development process. We are happy to explore what is appropriate for your programme and objectives.
Yes. We support product development from early concept through to production-ready specification. Whether you have a detailed brief, a reference product or an early idea, we can help guide the development process.
We support a broad range of customisation options including custom colours, materials and hardware; embroidery, screen print, heat transfer and woven labels; rubber and metal badges; custom packaging; and full bespoke construction development.
Our development process typically begins with a brief review and concept discussion, followed by feasibility assessment, specification development, material and hardware selection, and sampling. We manage each stage with clear communication and structured milestones to support confident decision-making.
Sampling timelines vary depending on the complexity of the product and the number of revision rounds required. We will provide a realistic timeline at the start of each project and keep you informed throughout the process.
This depends on the product and the starting point. Some products require only one or two rounds; others may need more. We aim to minimise unnecessary rounds through thorough brief review and clear communication at each stage.
Yes. Material selection is an important part of our development support. We help customers identify appropriate fabrics, hardware and trims based on product function, target use, aesthetic requirements and commercial considerations.
Yes. If you are exploring a new category — whether expanding from carry into apparel, or adding complementary accessories to an existing programme — we can provide guidance on feasibility, development requirements and execution.
Liora coordinates production through its China and Cambodia production network. The appropriate production route is confirmed against the product category, construction and project requirements.
Production planning depends on the product, approved construction, material availability and current scheduling. Share your quantity and launch requirements so we can review the appropriate production plan for your project.
Quality assurance is embedded throughout our production process — from incoming material inspection through in-line production checks to final product review. We focus on prevention rather than correction, identifying and addressing potential issues before they become production problems.
Yes. We can accommodate third-party inspection arrangements and work with customers to coordinate the process in a way that fits their requirements.
Lead times vary depending on the product, order volume and current production scheduling. We will provide realistic lead time estimates at the start of each project and communicate proactively if circumstances change.

It helps to have a sense of your programme objective, the product categories you are interested in, approximate quantities and your timeline. But even if you are at an early stage, we are happy to have an initial conversation and help you think through the requirements.
